The ratification vote on the 2014 tentative salary agreement between UFF and the Board of Trustees will be conducted by secret ballot Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, September 18 from 10 am to 4 pm at three locations: PK Yonge, Library West colonnade, and the Reitz Union NW walkway. To find your polling place, check the list of colleges, departments, and centers below. All members of the bargaining unit are eligible to vote. Please bring ID. Off-campus members of the bargaining unit may vote by mail (instructions below).

It is essential that you follow the instructions below and use two envelopes to ensure the anonymity of your ballot. Only ballots in a sealed, blank envelope will be counted.
Instructions:
1. Download, print, and fill out your 2014 ballot.
2. Put the ballot in a blank envelope and seal it.
3. Put the blank envelope in an envelope.
4. Sign and print your name on the reverse side of the envelope.
