Position Research

The bargaining team does extensive research in support of our contract proposals. In prior years, we have conducted surveys on faculty working conditions, faculty salaries, UF finances, and more.

Faculty Salaries

Salaries for UF workers are public information. On this page, we compile annual salary data for reference.

Faculty Working Conditions Surveys

UFF-UF gathered data about the climate and working conditions for UF faculty across the bargaining unit. The most recent survey was conducted in 2022.

University Finances

A lot of university finance documentation is public information. On this page, you can find budget allocations for university units and information about how to research university finances.
