Unanimous ratification of 2026-27 raises

Thanks to the 163 faculty members who voted in our 9 Sept. salary ratification election, our raise agreements have been unanimously approved! Our UFF-UF Bargaining Team negotiated an outstanding 5% merit raise pool for higher ed faculty and a 3.46% for PK Yonge faculty with an additional 1.54% state-decreed salary compression correction for 54 eligible PKY faculty.

These raises will, as stipulated by your Collective Bargaining Agreement, take effect on 1 Oct.
