Dear United Faculty of Florida-University of Florida (UFF-UF) Members:
It is time for the election of UFF-UF chapter officers for the 2025-2026 chapter year. As the chapter by-laws state: “The Nominating Committee shall seek candidates for, and conduct the annual election to fill, the positions of Chapter officers, UFF Senators, and delegates to the Florida Education Association Representative Assembly.” This is a notice for that election. Another notice will be sent after the chapter is informed of its UFF Senator and FEA Delegation allocations.
The following offices will be filled:
- President
- First Vice-President
- Vice-President (4 positions)
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- FEA Delegate
- Senator
Candidates must be nominated by Friday, March 1st 2025.
Nominations must be communicated to the Nominating Committee by email to the Nominating Committee at uff-uf-elections@googlegroups.com.
Each nomination shall include:
- Full name of the UFF-UF dues-paying member
- Nomination position
- Contact phone number and/or non-work-related email address
